At Shepherding Consulting, we strive to provide high-quality digital resources and professional services.
1. Digital eBooks
Because eBooks are digital products delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are final.
Once an eBook has been downloaded or made available, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except where required by applicable law.
2. Duplicate Payments
If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us within 7 days.
After verification, we will process a refund for the duplicate payment.
3. Failed Delivery
If you experience difficulty receiving or downloading your purchased eBook, we will:
- resend the download link,
- provide an alternative download method, or
- otherwise ensure you receive the product you purchased.
4. Consulting Services
Refunds for consulting, coaching, or training services are considered on a case-by-case basis.
If a scheduled service is cancelled by Shepherding Consulting, you may choose either:
- a full refund, or
- rescheduling to a mutually convenient date.
If you cancel a booked consulting session, any refund or credit will be subject to the cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.
5. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe your purchase was unauthorized, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the matter.
